“My oven’s igniter died on me, I tried to fix it myself. Wasn’t able to disconnect a wire, then waited 3 weeks for any technician to get back to me. The one that showed up, recommended Trible’s and gave me the part #. Of course it didn’t fit wire was too short. JK did the exchange with no problem, made adjustments to make it an even exchange and admitted that it may have been his mistake in part selection. I’m more than satisfied. I’m baking again.”

“I always find it interesting to read others reviews before I post my experience. I was very surprised by the low reviews based on my rental. However many of the 1 and 2 stars are from years ago, so perhaps Home Depot heard your cries for help and improved. We rented a large jack hammer to deal with some very stubborn rock (from hell since even the excavator we rented [from a machine rental company] was not doing the job). From my 1st phone call to the return process, these young ladies were great and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They were crazy busy from the moment I walked into the store with pick ups, drop offs, phone calls, walk ups asking questions, helping load (yes these ladies were loading equipment, too), they really were very patient super stars, especially now during covid and all the extra that extra work it entails. I can definitely say my experience at HD tool rental department were definitely 5 stars.”
