I’m going to dread this but it wasn’t Chad let us browse the store and when time came to check out he explained everything and we went our way. Great place to shop for furniture with no hassle. “Walked in to look for a new Cal King Mattress - current mattress is an over 10 year old Beautyrest. Fully expected to spend $5-6k with high pressure sales and time.
Richard greeted me right away and was extremely helpful walking me through the different options based on my requests. I ended up spending 1/2 what I expected, am very pleased with the selection and with the warranty should we not be happy with the purchase.
Sale was not high pressure and Richard was a pleasure to work with. The prices were great - better than the local furniture store near me and with no delivery fee or haul-away fee it was a no brainer.
Would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress.”

The difference, however, is in the huge selection of high quality custom fabrics and the professional aesthetic expertise of the service-oriented sales representatives. Mr. Lee blended his ideas with ours to produce the perfect living room ensemble to fit the atmosphere of our home.”
“Can't recommend this place enough. We drive all the way from Greenville just to shop here - we even had our baby registry here. Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - there's no sales pressure or anything like that. They know the products in and out but also know how to tie it into how you actually live your life and make it very personal. The selection is huge and you can try everything. Prices are much better than what you can get online for a lot of products too (Nuna especially). If in doubt we always call them before we drive and they're equally helpful over the phone.
Also - we didn't know this place existed at the time we bought our baby furniture, but they also have an incredible selection of tons of nice furniture that I wish we knew about. Walls are covered in cute art for the nurseries and they have a huge selection of clothes and toys that are adorable”
