Amazing experience. So courteous and helpful even though I came in at almost closing time (I know!). I prefer Office Depot over any other office store. Customer service is top notch!

Manager, Ivan, super friendly and helpful with a printer exchange. BTW when you activate HP’s “3 months free ink” offer, your printer will be permanently locked to accept ONLY original HP cartridges.
