“I've used Silicon Solutions several times over the years to repair various Apple products, and Jacob has always done a great job. Recently, I asked him to repair a screen that has stared lining on my MacBook Pro (just out of warranty). The screen had gone bad, so he replaced it (not a cheap fix). Shortly after the fix, the new screen started lining, and I thought it may be a deeper problem with the motherboard. I took it back to Jacob and he diagnosed it as a bad screen and replaced it free of charge; motherboard was not the issue. I am so happy to have my laptop back, good as new. Thank you Jacob!”

“They stand by their word. My daughter has used Wegener twice, once for a screen repair and then for a new battery for her Mac. Unfortunately, after two weeks the battery was not holding a charge like it should. We reached out to Wegener and they were very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. My daughter was not in the area anymore and we had to get a new battery installed from a different location. Wegener stood by their word with the warranty of their work though and gave us a refund. Of course, they had a record of the work performed and we also had our receipts. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and the accountability. It is reassuring finding a business that is honest like this.”

“I had a good trip to this Office Depot, and I was impressed with the quickness and ease in which I was able to get in and out. I just used the printing kiosk, which turned out to be a very seamless and convenient experience, as opposed to the couple of times in which I’ve gone to their competitor. To expand on that, I didn’t purchase anything from the sales floor, but I was impressed with how clean and organized it was, again, in contrast to their rival store.

All-in-all, next time I need to utilize an office supply store, this will be the first place I come!”

“I know that corporate really doesn't care but man you know they run these guys ragged they don't pay them enough, they don't support them but this store has some really friendly staff and in this case a really nice young associate, and even the two guys in the back for loading of a big heavy washer. Super friendly, happy to help, just really fantastic guys. It's a shame they don't make more and get more than they do because if you took this represented and gave him a commission base with a fair base pay he would be an incredible representative able of understanding of products and helping customers. And the guys in the back had such a good attitude despite having to help me load up a big heavy washer on a Saturday night an hour before closing. Even the wraps up front when I needed to find somebody because the other fellow was tied up with somebody we're super sweet and nice. People like this are what makes me happy to go to Best Buy but it just sucks that I don't get to see the same faces every couple years”
