“I talked to them regarding a erroneous paper jam error message in my Samsung multifunction laser printer. I had tried hours to trouble this one with no luck whatsoever.Patrick told me right off that my printer was not worth a service call, BUT he gave me an idea on a fix (running a clean sheet through the bypass). The bypass sheet printed fine, and the printer then pulled from the paper tray as it is supposed to do. Many thanks. Rick Saunders”

“I had a good trip to this Office Depot, and I was impressed with the quickness and ease in which I was able to get in and out. I just used the printing kiosk, which turned out to be a very seamless and convenient experience, as opposed to the couple of times in which I’ve gone to their competitor. To expand on that, I didn’t purchase anything from the sales floor, but I was impressed with how clean and organized it was, again, in contrast to their rival store.
All-in-all, next time I need to utilize an office supply store, this will be the first place I come!”
