I took a package back to the UPS to send back to a retailer. It still has not gotten to the retailer and that was two weeks ago. I got a message that the package was on. Hold at the UPS warehouse. No accountability.

Very rude associates. Not very organized.Not sure why UPS uses these places as pickup points but they probably need to rethink this since they don't seem to know which end is up.
