We were supposed to get our mailbox key Saturday, Then we were supposed to get it yesterday, My husband went today to get it and they’re saying that it should be ready tomorrow. Does anybody in this post office know how to do their job?

Purchased express priority shipping and they lost my package. No biggie but then they would not refund me the $30.00 for the express priority?? Is that even legal

If I can leave no stars I would. The workers are nonchalant and looses your mail.. and never knows anything!!
