“I took my daughter’s 2021 Kia Forte to Horry County Collision on Monday, September 15, 2025, to get a repair quote and spoke with Bob. He was very thorough and professional. We were quoted $2,390.38, with a possible radiator replacement for an additional $351, bringing the total estimated cost to $2,741.38.
Horry County Collision was the third shop we received an estimate from, and their quote was the most reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, September 29, 2025. We dropped the vehicle off the evening before and left the keys in the drop box. Bob called on Monday to confirm that the radiator did, in fact, need to be replaced.
On Monday, October 6, 2025, we received a call that the vehicle was ready. The final cost came to $2,743.86 right in line with the estimate.
I highly recommend Horry County Collision for their professionalism, fair pricing, and quality service.”

“We are from out of town on vacation. Started having issues with a vibration in our steering. We made it to Myrtle Beach and needed a Subaru dealership to help us make sure we had a safe trip back home. Gus was phenomenal! Friendly, kind, even compassionate for our situation. He worked us in on Christmas Eve and the work began to get my Subaru fixed. They quickly called us back and told us it wasn't really what the service station thought, and Gus came thru again with an even lower price for what we actually needed! This vacation could have been full of anxiety, but Gus and the fabulous team at Subaru made our Christmas relaxing and enjoyable!! We now feel like Gus is a part of our family, such a beautiful human being who treated us like part of his family...thank you Gus and the service team for making our holiday bright!”

“C&R was recommended to my by District Collision in Conway. The team at C&R was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner.
I had them work on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and had the following replaced.
Valve Cover Gaskets, Tires, Brakes and rotors all around. Plus, wires and coil pack. They also replaced my.intake manifold gasket, water pump and a leaking transmission line.
10/25 just had a rear main seal, oil pressure sensor among other things done. Great service, great price.

“We got a flat tire a half mile from this shop and I cannot express enough gratitude for how quickly and well they treated us. They quickly got a replacement tire and put it on all within the hour. I always feel a bit over my head when it comes to anything car related, but cars n more seemed completely trustworthy and reasonable. I had all four of our young children with me and they were patient with them while the kids ran around the lobby. They even gave the kids a popsicle at the end which was an incredibly kind gesture. “Originally purchased the tires from another company in Myrtle because of the price being discounted a little bit more, but totally disappointed in their Service. Went three times in the last three months for the same tire , and was told nothing wrong with the tire . This morning on the way to OKthis place I decided to pull in Mavis and so glad I did. I’ve always used Mavis before. I’ll never go back to this other company again. . Turns out I had a nail in my tire and the sensor that the other place wanted me to get replaced seems fine thank you Mavis for making this right. We travel a lot and I want to be safe in our travels !!!”
