“While on vacation one of the things we like to do is make the rounds of the pawn shops. We went to three different Dicks Pawn and didn’t find anything good.
Went to Trade USA, walked out with a bunch of random stuff because the prices were so good! The guy at the counter, I assume the manager, was super friendly - no pressure to buy type guy.
Overall good experience! Def check them out!”

“Darien is awesome. He was patient and very knowledgeable. My processing took a bit and he asked me if he could help another customer. I obliged immediately.
The other customer needed to cancel an account of a customer who had passed. Darien sympathetically explained that he could not cancel the account in store and directed the customer where they needed to go while conveying his condolences. That was very empathetic and kind.
Darien finished up with me and everything is working fine so far.
