Tim helped me on the phone, in store (where he fixed my problem), and told me to call him with info about my TV if it was something on that end and even offered to help if the problem was on the TV end. Tim went above and beyond and made it all seem effortless and made me feel less stupid for seeking help and assuring me that I wasn’t wasting his time.”

“This is my daughters’ favorite store. After Toys“R”Us closed, it became hard to find a wide variety of new and updated toys—until we discovered Target. The toy section is huge, with about eight to ten full aisles packed with toys.”
“Staff are very polite and helpful. My challenge was with their computer system changing an installation address from our vacation home that they were given to my address in my profile which is 585 miles away
It meant having to reschedule an installation for 3 weeks from now due to scheduling conflicts.”

“I have used this rent a center multiple times. Porcha is amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you, bundling your furniture ect. To save you $$$. Porcha is very professional, polite. I have changed my mind several times in ordering something different I found and she is extremely patient and kind. The store is clean, the men who deliver are very professional on time and careful with the furniture when they put it together. Porcha really does make this rent a center the best in Horry County.”
“Wow! I have had T-Mobile for 10+ years now. I went to this store because my Samsung phone was misbehaving and then T-Mobile rep thought maybe the SIM card was defective. Really it was just a garbage phone I bought off ebay. I decided I was upgrading my phone and the in-store reps were unbelievably helpful. I got a new phone for no cash upfront to replace the junk I had. I was heading to TX that day and having the new phone made the 2500 mile round trip much easier. Not only that, they were having a special on Samsung watches.. I rolled out with a new Samsung watch, I mentioned my Mom had an alert pendant that keeps firing off and with no emergency the police are showing up due to false alarms. Well APPLE WATCH has that feature built in. The watch is free. And now it’s added to my tmobile account… and MUCH CHEAPER than the pendant. No more false alarms.
I went in to get an existing phone looked at and I left with a new Samsung phone - a Samsung watch and an Apple Watch (ALL FREE) and all I did was turn in the garbage ebay phone. TMO is always reliable with coverage in so many places I travel to and the bill has no bull? surprises. Other carriers are always a mystery when the bill comes in. ?

“I don’t usually leave a review unless someone really ruined my day. This one, though, is because I feel like I may have ruined their day and they showed professionalism, courtesy, and - most importantly - humanity and hospitality during what was quite obviously an incredibly frustrating day filled with a million small crises and a few extra large ones like mine, too. Thank you for staying the course with us long after 7pm closing time to ensure our phones were set up and working, and that my kids phones were successfully transferred. Thank you on behalf of everyone for all of the behind the scenes stuff you do - skipping breaks, reaching out to other less amenable carriers, walking and talking people through the technology that so obviously baffles them (and me, let’s be honest here). Thanks for reminding me what it feels like when people give a damn about their customers.

“Kinda lame all these people are leaving bad reviews on a gas station regarding their Slurpee machines and hot dogs. Also for Mr. Jeff, If you like sheetz so much, drive the “103 miles” from this location to get there… we’re in Conway. I’m sorry they’re having technical issues with being a brand new station. Also why go to a gas station for hot dogs and slurpees? I know they say they have them, but buy a coke or maybe go to a fast food place for food. Don’t rely on the 1 or 2 people working to make fresh hotdogs 24/7. It’s a gas station. They have plenty of gas and plenty of beer + snacks.Slurpee machine has lids. Bathrooms are clean. Hot dogs look fresh. If you leave a 1 star review on a gas station, you have a 1 star life :)”
