“The cashier and pharmacists greet you as soon as you walk in and they’re very polite. I always wait on my prescription because they have it ready in ten minutes and I love that I don’t have to wait an hour to feel better. The store is always clean and never overcrowded and it’s right around the corner from me so it’s so convenient.”

“Pharmacy.Was told that they had the formulation of the medication I needed. Had it sent to them. Went to pick it up and was told that they had to order it. And it would be there in 2 days. Four days later, they told me that they only received half of my prescription. And the rest would arrive in two days.Well, a week after the prescription was called in, I was told that they could only provide one half of the amount prescribed.SMDH”

“This is the second time they have given me a partial refill on one of my insulins and didn’t want me to give me the rest. The first time Maverick called the police on me in which I didn’t get arrested which was a waste of their time because they found it ridiculous as well and I also had to deal with him this second go around. The male pharmacy tech was very helpful and understanding meanwhile the female pharmacy tech, the pharmacist, and Maverick weren’t helpful at all. Why should I have had any trouble when I had proof that I paid what I needed for all 5 pens and only received one and talked with Paul who I was told was only a floating pharmacist that didn’t mention that I only had 10 days to pick up the rest? The smug and disgusting look on Maverick’s face was sickening and he has no professionalism whatsoever as well as the pharmacist who insulted my intelligence a few times and the female pharmacy tech that keep whispering about me. The way that pharmacy is ran with those who were there tonight besides the male pharmacy tech will have Walgreens losing plenty of business smh.”
