“Just left advance on irby. Because the basically didn't want to work. They refused to install a battery, let me install a battery or even look for a battery because they didn't want to move the batteries in the way to get to the one I needed. Came to O'Reilly's and 10 minutes later brand new battery installed and ready to go. And while I'm typing already working on another vehicle. Oh and the battery was 20 bucks less expensive here.”
“Wilson was an extremely helpful sales associate & provided with excellent service. I have been a long time customer @ this location. They offer more than just batteries and he was knowledgeable on multiple inventory items.”
“Truthfully, I'm going to tell you this. I have never had a problem in any auto parts store. Because of my disability. Guys and gals that work on engines are my people. I am a federally licensed airframe and power plant mechanic.
I don't have to tell them this. They're gonna treat you as well as they treat me.”
