“Great service. I brought my grandfather to the cricket store in Greer, his phone was about to give up. When we arrive the rep there Jenifer, was very helpful and sweet. When we first got there her system was not working. She advised up it was “company wide” this was on 12/1 around 10:30 a.m. my grand was nervous because she couldn’t sell him a phone due to the system and on top of that, his phone was 3% from giving out and not working anymore. Luckily I had a spare phone. Jenifer explained that we could put his sim in that device therefore he could still have a working phone until the system came back up. Jenifer also provided my grandpa with her telephone number, so she told him that she would keep trying the system. Once it came back she would call him and make this a fast process once he came back. Within 30 minutes she was calling. He went back to the store and he was in and out within 5 minutes satisfied with not only the phone, but with the service and hospitality Jenifer showed him from the beginning of the sale all the way to the little bumps they had to get his device. Overall I recommend the service there specifically if the young lady name Jenifer is there. Very attentive sweet young lady.”
“I would recommend the Verizon store in Inman, SC to anyone. Brandon the store manager done a excellent job helping my family start a new device plan with Verizon. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our new phone and the service. Even though the store closed at 7:00 pm he made sure to stay past 9:00 pm to ensure that everything transferred from our old device to the new device. We will definitely be back in the future.”
“I have a problem with my phone that comes and goes. I went in and talked with Chris. He listened carefully and tested the phone several times. Of course it wouldn't misbehave for him as it sometimes does for me. We talked about all options, including an upgrade, but with no high pressure to upgrade. In fact he said that since I like my phone, maybe I should keep it. If it acts up again, I should immediately bring it back to the store so that he can verify it and submit a claim with the insurance that I have. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how much he actually wanted to be able to fix the phone for me. Don't hesitate to use this store - you'll be glad that you came!”
