Anthony went to great lengths to resolve the issue by calling Verizon customer service and several other departments to get my service restored. I highly recommend Anthony for any of your cell phone needs. It’s rare these days to receive that 5 star customer service!”

“My cell phone was not working. I stopped in 100 N. Main Street in Mauldin, SC to see if they could help me. I met Candace, the sales manager. She smiled when I explained my problem and said she might be able to help. She charged into the problem, calling people to find out what was necessary to fix the problem. Shortly, my phone was working perfectly...thank you for helping me Candace.

She fixed the problem so quickly I was pleasantly surprised. The store is in Mauldin. If you need help with difficult issues, she's the one to see!”

“Great service. I brought my grandfather to the cricket store in Greer, his phone was about to give up. When we arrive the rep there Jenifer, was very helpful and sweet. When we first got there her system was not working. She advised up it was “company wide” this was on 12/1 around 10:30 a.m. my grand was nervous because she couldn’t sell him a phone due to the system and on top of that, his phone was 3% from giving out and not working anymore. Luckily I had a spare phone. Jenifer explained that we could put his sim in that device therefore he could still have a working phone until the system came back up. Jenifer also provided my grandpa with her telephone number, so she told him that she would keep trying the system. Once it came back she would call him and make this a fast process once he came back. Within 30 minutes she was calling. He went back to the store and he was in and out within 5 minutes satisfied with not only the phone, but with the service and hospitality Jenifer showed him from the beginning of the sale all the way to the little bumps they had to get his device. Overall I recommend the service there specifically if the young lady name Jenifer is there. Very attentive sweet young lady.”
