“Joe is the most respectful reliable and consistent person I have ever encountered in sales. If I had questions he had answers and truthful answers. Verizon should definitely promote this guy to run a region of stores. My experience was long but Joe made it delightful. I recommend him to anyone. Awesome guy with terrific service”

“Absolutely the best visit I've ever had in a Verizon store. Kayla was amazing. Soon as we walked in she greeted us and asked what we needed help with. We combined 2 accounts into one with the most advantageous plan for our needs. She didn't try to up sell anything to us. She was friendly and courteous in every way. Go to a company store, see Kayla. You will be leaving feeling like a customer of Verizon that truly matters.”

“Staff was great. Fixed my phone problem in 15 minutes. The only problem was it was sooooo hot. They said air had been broke for days. It was 11:15. Hotter inside than out. I wouldn't have stayed if it was going to take any longer.”
