“OUTSTANDING mattress shopping experience, start to finish. My husband and I had started at Mattress Firm, and their salesmen were aggressive, pushy, trying to upsell us a $6000 mattress with adjustable base and apps and remotes and all these things we never asked for, constantly making us uncomfortable with personal questions regarding money and why we wouldn't make a purchase that day, making us feel awkward for not wanting to drop that much money on a mattress we weren't even liking. We were underwhelmed with the selection and overwhelmed by the pressure.
Then my mother recommend Nalley's...and the sales woman was friendly...let us browse on our own...answered any questions we had...didn't push us to spend more than we wanted to spend...and we found a simple mattress we loved that day. It took less than twenty minutes. Simple, friendly, straightforward, exactly what we wanted. We'll absolutely come back to Nalley's when we need to get new mattresses for our children's rooms.”

From the phone call while I was at work all the way to greeting me at the front door period to assist me in every way I was doubtful. “Tiffany welcomed us as we arrived. She was busy so it allowed plenty of time to look at mattresses. She was extremely helpful and provided great info for us. The purchase was easy and Tiffany got us a quick delivery date. I would highly recommend dealing with her when you stop in.”
