“Needed bandage for a dog that helps prevent chewing. Went to PetSmart first obviously for pets. They have no bandages or rats whatsoever. Not only did the tractor supply have them. When I called they had them up front waiting for me. When I ride they also gave me some advice that I did not know walking in. Everyone has a smile on their face and extremely nice. I love tractor supply and I love the people who work there”
“We hop between Home Depots depending on where we're going, but we're in one at least every other week or so. Yes, they are a big box store and the help may not always be the best. However, we have always been satisfied with this HD in all aspects, including customer service. I returned an item tonight that was damaged and Marissa was professional and polite. My refund was processed smoothly and Marissa demonstrated true customer service! HD prices are sometimes a little more than competitors, but they also surprise us with good sale prices too. And, we enjoy the extra discounts we receive with our HD credit card. We will continue to shop HD and will be more inclined to return to this location going forward!”

“As a woman, I dread asking questions at hardware stores because the majority of male employees have condescending or downright sexist answers. However, today, Diego asked if I needed help as he saw me looking for an aisle. He was so kind and knowledgeable that I asked him about every item on my list. He walked me around the store and helped me pick out everything I needed. I truly wish every hardware store employee was as considerate and patient as Diego. My Lowe's trip took half the time and I ended up with everything I needed (instead of ignoring part of my list because I didn't want to ask for help ?). I usually get employees' names so I can tell the manager how amazing they are, but it turns out Diego is the manager. He does a wonderful job leading by example!”
