She’s not only an amazing manager but also an amazing person. The way she treats people is genuine, patient, and kind; you can feel she actually cares about you, not just your account. I’ve seen her go above and beyond for her customers, always making sure things are explained clearly and handled the right way. She’s the type of person who makes you feel comfortable and taken care of the moment you walk in.”

“I opened a checking account here last year and I use it as a savings. This is not my main bank so I don't frequent here often at all. Only to make deposits. When I opened the account, the lady who helped me was very nice and personable. She ended up telling me a lot of personal stuff during the process, all professional, but maybe she was just trying to fill the empty room with conversation. I just wanted to open the account, lol! This location is in Sandhills, so it is closer to me.”

“My Debit card wasn't doing anything at the ATM... kept saying Pkease Wait, so I called and an Associate Manager Mitchell came out and helped me solve the issue...I called Wells Fargo Customer service... canceled card ... new one will be here in5 to 7 Calendar ? days...I then proceeded to go in to Wells Fargo, was still able to withdraw $$...”

I had a problem with a fee being charged to my account. I was able to successfully get the fee waived and linked my accounts in efforts to resolve any potential future concerns.

And apparently the rude staff they had are only permanently at this location. So I'm super happy about that. This was my favorite bank. I hope it to be my favorite again.”
