Tina, the employee that I spoke with, had the battery that I was replacing ready to go when I got there. All I had to do was give them the old battery, take the new one, and that was that. I was very impressed with the service. Experiences like this is why I’ve been been doing business with O’Reilly Auto Parts since 2015.”

I called this location because they always help me and got Ms.Beverly. She helped me locate the battery and told me how to read the numbers for the expiration. I needed a new battery?. She told me exactly what kind of battery I needed and where the closest O'Reilly's was by me. She also told me I would have to have it professionally installed and told me to call her back to make sure I had been taken care. Everything worked out, I was able to get a battery extremely cheaper than the dealer and was able to find someone to install it. I called her back later that day and she was still at work and so happy I was ok, she told me to make sure I stop by when I return to see my new car, lol. I get all my parts if possible from this location, only because of the awesome customer service. I will continue to visit her and recommend friends and family...I also tell them make sure to see Ms. Beverly because she actually knows what she is doing.
