“When you don't want to pay full price for your tools I would definitely recommend them they have off brands but they work great and if it should break out of warranty the price you're paying for a new one still does not equal what they want for the real deal”
“Much better Christmas tree/greenery selection and price than Home Depot. We were there to get lumber for a project and weren't really sure what we needed. We know we needed plywood and needed it cut. The store was very busy and we were about to walk out but then a guy named Randell asked if we needed help or anything cut and we went with it. He was extremely nice and quick with the cutting, seemed very experienced and professional. The cuts were perfect. I felt reassured in my project. Thanks Randell!”

“These folks are great, from helping to find an odd fastener to helping with DIY projects. I don't care if they're slightly more expensive than the big box stores. They're local, they're helpful, they're friendly and if they don't have something you need, they're happy to help direct you. The guys at the contractor desk are super. I know I've asked some novice questions, and they spend the time to help and explain without judgement. I will always choose to do business with them over the big box stores.”
“I called Tractor Supply today, and asked the salesman if he would check the SKU number of an item I was interested in purchasing. He politely asked me to please hold while he finished with the chicks. His name is Devonte and he works in the Florence TS. Devonte came back shortly and apologized for the hold. There was something so apologetic about his voice that I forgot the short wait time. Devonte looked up the item and then located it in the store. He said “I’ve got good news. I am looking at two items here in the store “. Devonte seemed as excited as I was to have found the item I was looking for. I appreciate Devonte’s assistance and I am so happy that Tractor Supply has Devonte as an employee such as he.”
“We came to this store on back to back days and both times we had to wander the store for several minutes to find someone to help us, which was unfortunate. However, on both days, Quentin came to our aid and was very knowledgeable in the pieces of plexiglass I needed and was very patient on all the questions I asked. When we returned the next day with the correct measurements, he was happy to cut the plexiglass for us and confirmed multiple times the dimensions we needed, which I appreciated. Quentin provided great customer service and turned our experience into what would have been disappointing into something I was very happy with. Attached is a photo of the project I was working on and am very excited to use that plexiglass as the finishing protective touch.”
