“I ordered a phone screen last online for my sons phone, and when I got it today, it was the wrong one. I was devastated!
I was up in arms on what to do and how I could get my son‘s phone fixed today as I promised. Luckily the doctors were in, and they came through for me! They went ahead and did an emergency operation on my son‘s phone and the procedure went perfectly. They did a beautiful job and his phone is all better now!
It’s usable, and the screen is brand new! How’s that for top notch? I highly recommend these guys and I will never go anywhere else again For device services.”

“I came into cricket at this location and the woman that was working gave me a warm welcome as soon as I came into the store. She was busy with another customer and didn't ignore me she incorporated me into what she was already doing and told me if I any questions to ask her and I told her I only needed to make a bill pay and she opened the other register just to take my payment while she was activating a phone. I asked her a question about my phone and she was very informative and helped me aswell. She had great customers service and a great personality and I will be coming to this location more often. I believe her name was Kristina.”
