“I've lived here for about 4 months now, and I've loved it! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The package lockers are excellent - they have made receiving deliveries easy and stress-free. The amenities are in great condition. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Tree cover along most of the sidewalks is lovely and makes afternoon walks comfortable. The neighborhood is also conveniently within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. The lifestyle at Gramercy Square is really pleasant!
Special shout-out to our maintenance crew. Though several of my appliances did not work correctly during the first month or so (the only reason for taking off 1 star), maintenance responded to every one of my tickets quickly and resolved the issues. AC still goes down periodically, but this is usually resolved within a day.
Aside from the early appliance issues, the positives only go on. The discounted rate for Spectrum service is very nice to have. The apartment (renovated model, 1/1) was in great condition upon move-in. The bathroom feels clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a spacious countertop. Pest control seems to be top-notch (not a single creepy crawly so far).
I'm thrilled to live at Gramercy Square! I highly recommend it here for anyone looking to live a comfortable apartment life with a fantastic neighborhood.”
“The homes and community are in great condition, the crown molding is a nice touch. Full of families and friendly neighbors. The management team is helpful, kind and cares about the residents, especially the Community Director, Kiana. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. My favorite is the indoor basketball court and fitness facility which are exceptional, as is the surrounding area with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do.”

You can talk to actual people when you need help, everything is taken care of very quickly, maintenance is phenomenal and fast, it is a quiet, safe and peaceful area with grounds that are well maintained AND clean. I have loved living here since I moved in and genuinely feel like it is a place I can call home.”

“NICE place to live thou the units are dated (been there for well over 20 yrs) they are WELL maintained units, common areas as well as amenities. The few times we have had to call for maintenance again they were prompt and addressed the issue without prompting. Recent ice storm ...handled the parking lot was salted, scraped and clear for those of us who had to wk. Community its well light, very quite and crime at minimal (couple car break n but again minimal issues). As a single, live alone female i feel very comfortable here. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional. They even host regular monthly engaging community events. My only 2 complaints- We pay $26.50 mthly for trash pick up however they are not inconsistent. With well over 400 units that company (IF there is a 3rd party) is getting PAID. Certainly, more then enough leverage to have consistent service. I must admit it has got a little better n the last couple mths. 2nd
they no longer allow smoking IN YOUR UNIT or COMMON AREAS ?.”

“Ayrsley Lofts has been a wonderful experience. I have been staying here since May 2022 and I have had few to little issues with my unit. The staff is very caring and attentive for any concerns. Hina & Candice are very friendly. Gabrielle, the property manager is very thoughtful & cares of the well being of all the tenants and has made great changes to the property. Felix & the maintenance has been super helpful in resolving any issues quickly.Ayrsley Lofts is a great community and I recommend living here!”

Grantie Pointe is on POINTIE! with just two females Ashley and Jakishia running 150 plus Apartment. They are professional, friendly, attentive and conversations is always funny.
I like when I see the yellow light of the security car going around every 7 min thur my front windows and them on foot in the back. It make me safer and that Pedcor cares about their property and the community. Oh! I had a maintenance issue, non emergency but, I called on a non-working day, and the next morning (Holiday) Daunte the Maintenance Man was banging on my door. my mom who was visiting loved him.
Love ❤️ my little Apartment, front and back patio/balcony specious livingroom and bath. The grounds are kept up and now that the flowers bloomed and the grass is green is pretty.

“I recently moved into Kingsley Apartments in Fort Mill, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make the transition smooth.
A huge thank you to Cam and Meg, the leasing manager and coordinator. They were exceptional throughout the entire process—from helping with the application to coordinating the move-in details. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me (and my pets!) settled. It meant so much that our furry family members were welcomed just as warmly as we were.
The warm welcome didn’t stop there. Amy, the Property Manager, has been incredibly helpful and welcoming as well. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their community.
The neighbors I’ve met so far have also been warm and friendly, which makes coming home even better. As for the property itself, it’s beautiful and well-maintained.
