“These folks are the best in the business! After the amazing jobs they did on my Lexus and Tesla, we brought our VW ID Buzz for them to install a trailer hitch. The biggest part of the install was removing the rear bumper cover and replacing it after bolting on the hitch. They did the work in an afternoon and it looks like it was there from the factory! Thanks for the beautiful work, reasonable pricing and such great customer service - I send everyone I know to Young's!”

“It is probably never a good time to be looking for a collision repair center, accidents are stressful times for everyone. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. Chip especially was very understanding and helpful. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will be coming to metrolina for sure!”

(The tag lights were definitely a challenge but he didn’t complain) He helped me match place mats for my car as well. Overall 10/10 experience. “Have to share my experience... Nicholas H. is a gem! I need new windshield wipers. Pull up, it's pouring. I go in, Nicholas looks up the ones I need. I told him I think I need the whole arm, not just the blades. He goes out in the rain to check my truck. Brings them inside and shows me what the problem is. Then explains all my different options and pricing. THEN goes back out in the rain and installs them for me! Did I mention he wasn't even technically on the clock at work while doing all this for me.Talk about above and beyond. This young man is a tribute to his generation! Thank you Nicholas, we need more like you!!”

“This is the third car I’ve personally purchased from Fort Mill Ford. Between my family and I, we’ve purchased about 10 in the last 10 years, all of those from Adrian. He is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He always gives it to us straight, doesn’t sugarcoat, and always does whatever he can to help us and get us the best deal. We trust him 10000%. They aren’t the kind of dealership that tries to get over on you. They’re good, honest people which is a rare quality these days in general, but especially at a dealership. The GM also was very helpful to me this time around. I was upside down in my old car and he negotiated on my behalf and did his very best to get me out of the mess I was in and into a new car.
