“I needed a quote to replace my back bumper on my 2024 Subaru WRX. I pulled in & without an appointment Jeff came out took greeting me, took some pictures and within 5 minutes I had a quote and time period and I left a deposit.
Jeff called when they received the bumper and advised when to drop it off and said it’d take 2 days. 2.5 days after I dropped it off, Jeff called to say it’d was done and ready for pickup.

“Front driver side collision repair done here including body work, suspension repair and paint. They use all OEM parts which is huge, looked brand new when completed. Couple things started popping up once the suspension repair settled which Austin said was possible and normal. They took it back and fixed it. 100% recommend them for any repair work, great experience, thanks tactical team!”

“These folks are the best in the business! After the amazing jobs they did on my Lexus and Tesla, we brought our VW ID Buzz for them to install a trailer hitch. The biggest part of the install was removing the rear bumper cover and replacing it after bolting on the hitch. They did the work in an afternoon and it looks like it was there from the factory! “Greetings this is Bishop Hardy Thompson I'm here at Ford Services body and service I went to Kia to have some work done on my car but unfortunately kia no longer has a collision and Body service there they referred everything to theMark Ficken Ford and I was a little skeptical because it's a Kia car not a Ford car but when I got here one of the young ladies that I met billica princess asked me what did I come for and I told her that I came to have my car checked and I told her what she had sent me over there and I showed her what I wanted to do with my bumper and and also showed us some things about the back of the car that I already have filed a claim and she took the liberty to call somebody from from the back the gentleman named MO I snapped the bumper back on and I just wanted to say you know that if you need a Kia car fixed I guess you already know to bring it to the Ford place but if you need a kia fixed bring it over here South Boulevard they'll hook you up I'm serious I've never had such good service and kind service. * update on my review. My right headlight went out. Because I had them replaced 11 months ago the light bulbs were still under warranty. JV was there and he replaced them once again for no charge. Make sure you register your phone number with O’Reilley auto parts to keep track of purchases and the warranties. Great business!”
