“I needed a quote to replace my back bumper on my 2024 Subaru WRX. I pulled in & without an appointment Jeff came out took greeting me, took some pictures and within 5 minutes I had a quote and time period and I left a deposit.
Jeff called when they received the bumper and advised when to drop it off and said it’d take 2 days. 2.5 days after I dropped it off, Jeff called to say it’d was done and ready for pickup.
Excellent work, great customer service, professional, friendly and honest. The first photo was prior to replacement and painting of new bumper.”

“These folks are the best in the business! After the amazing jobs they did on my Lexus and Tesla, we brought our VW ID Buzz for them to install a trailer hitch. The biggest part of the install was removing the rear bumper cover and replacing it after bolting on the hitch. They did the work in an afternoon and it looks like it was there from the factory! Thanks for the beautiful work, reasonable pricing and such great customer service - I send everyone I know to Young's!”
“This was my first time coming to this dealership for any servicing. Came by after getting ad in the mail for a $19.99 oil change so made my appointment. My service advisor was Brandon and he was so great and helpful! Not only did my oil get changed but I also mentioned of having some concerns about my brakes - they checked everything and added another service right there so help get me squared away. Most importantly, Brandon worked with me. Out of all the services they recommended, he was honest about what was essential because money is tight lol and I was able to leave without completely breaking the bank but making sure my car was safe to drive. Will def be back in the future!”

“Greetings this is Bishop Hardy Thompson I'm here at Ford Services body and service I went to Kia to have some work done on my car but unfortunately kia no longer has a collision and Body service there they referred everything to theMark Ficken Ford and I was a little skeptical because it's a Kia car not a Ford car but when I got here one of the young ladies that I met billica princess asked me what did I come for and I told her that I came to have my car checked and I told her what she had sent me over there and I showed her what I wanted to do with my bumper and and also showed us some things about the back of the car that I already have filed a claim and she took the liberty to call somebody from from the back the gentleman named MO I snapped the bumper back on and I just wanted to say you know that if you need a Kia car fixed I guess you already know to bring it to the Ford place but if you need a kia fixed bring it over here South Boulevard they'll hook you up I'm serious I've never had such good service and kind service. I'm saying God is in this place it really is and those who know me know that I'm a Bishop I'm telling you the truth I have felt warm and treated with respect and courtesy and my car is ready to roll course I'm going to be allowing my claim to come this away with your Kia bring them on down here to the Mark Ficken Ford place if you got a Kia God bless you and thank you!”

“I bought these for my 2009 Tacoma 2.4l, and they have been fantastic! I also tow a 2000 lb trailer, and it tows like a dream. I've had them for about 6 months now, and I have no complaints.
