“I have been in the market for a Rolex for over a year and a half and I've had no luck whatsoever. Granted there is a shortage and every jeweler you go to have is going to have a waitlist. I stopped by Windsor Jewelers in SouthPark and yes it was the same issue. The sales associate took the time to explain in better detail what was happening with Rolexes and offered me different options but I declined. I did get out in their waiting list so I'll see what happens and update when necessary. Overall, the customer service was great and the selection of watches and fine piece jewelry was nice. He showed me many different options for redesigning the two rings I had into one. We ultimately decided to go with a completely custom design which I picked up today.
