Their coats are soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed. Kat was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making the dogs comfortable throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable staff, I mean very knowledgeable as I'm into fish. They can actually order in fish instead of places like pet supply plus that gets in what they are shipped and probably end throwing away a ton of beta fish as all the get in crowntails and maybe a mustard, then I by chance stopped in here one day, and looked at their selection of live plants, and fish. Loved it. Not as big as petsmart, but PetSmart has people that can't tell you much, plus prices are higher.”

“I was looking up dog food yesterday which is a constant for me, I’m always trying to find a better food for my dog. He’s allergic to chicken and he has skin and coat issues also. So it is a constant battle for me to find something he will actually eat and something that’s good for him. He also has a hard time swallowing his food so sometimes it comes back up so I started blending it into a powder and add water to it at dinner time so he will actually eat it. I went to pet wants yesterday after I found them and was not disappointed!! Kelly was very friendly and really helpful, she answered any questions I had and even told me more information than I knew I needed. It was one of the only times I felt confident in the food I was buying for my dog. I got home and I put some of the new food in (I didn’t blend it) just wanted to test it. HE ATE IT, NO ISSUES SWALLOWING AT ALL!! And he also gets very excited at meal time now. And I just wanted to say thank you so much. Keep doing what you’re doing. I know I appreciate yall.”
“I am writing this review because of all the less than favorable reviews from people who clearly don't know how a rescue works. This is a rescue, not a department store to come in and buy a parrot. That is what I am sorry to say, is what Petsmart does. People have commented about the staff not being friendly. They are not waitresses or salespeople. Many are volunteers. The main objective is to take care of the birds and help people adopt our birds. They are not selling them. Someone wrote that some of the birds don't look that great. People, these are rescue birds. Some of them have been living in really bad conditions. You wouldn't look too great either if you had been through what these birds have lived through. If you want to have a bird to just show off to people, go to a breeder and pay thousands of dollars for the "perfect bird" I wish people would just keep their mouths shut if they don't know what they are talking about. This is a fantastic rescue. The birds are well taken care and that is what is important. They have a well thought out adoption process. They want to make sure the birds are going to good homes, not a home that puts them back into a horrible environment again. Birds are complicated creatures. They aren't just something to pick up at Petsmart and throw in a cage. People need to familiarize themselves with what a rescue is intended to be, not what they think it should be before passing judgment in a post.”

“I visit Lidl store in Indian Land SC, its one of my favorite store for bakeries and fresh produces. Very clean and organized store and very helpful employees. The cashiers are very helpful and polite. I am always a happy customer in this store. I always visit here first to get my items before visiting walmart nearby where I go if needed things not available in Lidl. Great store and great customer service.”

“Lidl is a great place to shop and save on groceries. The store is located in a highly congested area traffic wise, but improvements have been made to help getting in and out a smooth transition. I love their products and their double guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations they will refund your purchase price AND give you another similar product of equal value. No hassles!”
“The lady working the cash register was most helpful to my wife ,and I as we were looking for a bull nose ring in brass for a project our daughter was doing ! She showed us all they had and even gave a few suggestions as to where else we might search . Thank you so much for such customer service! It seems that customer service is a dying thing these days and it’s always good to see when someone really cares to do the best job ever ! We will definitely be back when we travel through Indian Land SC !

“Friendly and very clean pet store. Went in for meal worms for a pair of leopard geckos. Had plenty in stock as well as for other pets. Easy to get to just off either Route 21 or highway 77.”
“Serves variety of food from fresh bake to all fruits veggies and some european bread and sweets as well as clothes house goods & other interesting stuff!
One thing though customer service must show pleasant attitude towards customer! I never see them smile to customer. Maybe they can work on that!”

They almost always have something we need on sale... and they have a great selection of just about everything you might need for your dog. The staff there is also super friendly and helpful.”

“I visit often. I use Banfield for my cat Luna's checkups. She doesn't like it very much but everyone is so friendly there. They try to help her calm down but she's a cat. Most pets don't like the vet. Very friendly staff!”

“They did a great job. My dog looks amazing. Only complaint is that that there aren’t scheduled appointments it’s a drop off by a certain time and they call when the dog is finished. Great prices and wonderful service.”
