“I dropped off my dog for a cut and shampoo. Drop off hours are between 7 and 9 with pickup before 3. They called me around 1:30 to pick her up. She looked beautiful and the cut was just what I was looking for. I also was able to drop in with two other dogs for a nail trim for a great price.”

“I visit Lidl store in Indian Land SC, its one of my favorite store for bakeries and fresh produces. Very clean and organized store and very helpful employees. The cashiers are very helpful and polite. I am always a happy customer in this store. I always visit here first to get my items before visiting walmart nearby where I go if needed things not available in Lidl. Great store and great customer service.”

“The lady working the cash register was most helpful to my wife ,and I as we were looking for a bull nose ring in brass for a project our daughter was doing ! She showed us all they had and even gave a few suggestions as to where else we might search . Thank you so much for such customer service! It seems that customer service is a dying thing these days and it’s always good to see when someone really cares to do the best job ever ! “The grooming staff are top notch, we love Zy! They also had healthy looking betta fish. We were relieved to see them after seeing sick fish at PetsMart. All of the staff here are always very nice and the store is always clean”

“I took our little Cavapoo for a touch up between groomings from our vets office and ended up making Rivergate Petsmart our forever groomers. Really a lovely group of professionals. We get 90% of our pet supplies here too. Love being able to order on line and pick up curbside. Often offering 20% off treats and dog food too.”

“I’m a picky dog mom. My mini schnauzer, Sgt Pepper, goes exclusively to Pet Supplies Plus Fort Mill store for grooming. He is treated like the royalty he thinks he is by Amanda (his second ranked bff and favorite groomer ever) and the rest of the staff. The groomers here do wonders with each dog they see, and they work hard make each dog feel as comfortable as they can be. We tried several different salons before we came to PSP for grooming, and are so grateful to have found the fun, caring staff at this store. They are all so welcoming, accommodating and kind, not just to the animals, but customers as well.”
