I brought the tire to a location nearby for the change-out and Kevin, their sales associate was excellent. Since I was only dropping off and picking up the replacement, I spent less than 10 minutes total at the location. The replacement tire was ready, mounted and balanced in less than half an hour. Next to a pit stop at a NASCAR race, this was the fastest experience you can find for tire service. “Their prices are fair and the service is good. They actually make good on their road hazard insurance for their tires too. There's so much construction going on around town I've had to use it multiple times. One time I put an 8" bolt (it was hiding in a puddle) through the tread and sidewall on a tire I bought a few months prior. They replaced the whole thing without a complaint. The employees seem to be under some new management directive to try to sell more services than I wanted but they did take no for an answer. So it's ok.”
