“These guys are amazing.... they absolutely went above and beyond to get a new set of tires, had to order some was there the next day and they got me in earlier than my original appointment and the prices is reasonable, they will work with you.... (my tires were literally warped and the wires were showing so bad, the night before my appointment one of the tires finally blew at 1 am when nothing was open, so my boyfriend being the redneck genius he is improvised, when I say it was held together with glue sticks and duck tape with some fix a flat once a store was open just for good measure, I mean that literally 😅😅😅)”
“I came in for a second opinion on an expensive all brakes and rotors plus shocks and struts replacement and the team was courteous in telling me what and why I needed something repaired along with a timeframe for repairing things in the future. They showed me on the lift what was needed and test drove the vehicle to double check. It was a great overall experience I did not feel at other auto shops.”

“Everyone at this location is incredibly nice, communicative and genuinely wants to take care of the customer. They balanced and rotated my tires after a previous shop (not discount tire) did not do it right and I was getting a vibration in my steering wheel. They ended up not charging for me for the service b/c they felt bad I just paid to get them improperly balanced at another shop. Customer service and care like this will make me always come back to this SPECIFIC store. I have bought several set of tires and gotten service at other Discount Tire locations but this one stands out as the BEST.”
“I went there when they first opened up at 8am. I explained what I needed and was told the price and was satisfied with that. It took about 7 mins. for someone to get my jeep and take it into the working bay. By 9am, they were pulling my car out and I was on my way. Decent service from customer service and mechanic tech. I would go back.”

“Their prices are fair and the service is good. They actually make good on their road hazard insurance for their tires too. There's so much construction going on around town I've had to use it multiple times. One time I put an 8" bolt (it was hiding in a puddle) through the tread and sidewall on a tire I bought a few months prior. They replaced the whole thing without a complaint. The employees seem to be under some new management directive to try to sell more services than I wanted but they did take no for an answer. So it's ok.”
