“Communication through the repair process was great! Jesse helped us through the process of getting our vehicle repaired and back in a timely manner! When we noticed some things that occurred during the repair process he insisted we bring it back for them to take a look! He then insisted they fix it and repaint and do it right! Jesse was absolutely amazing! When they had some issues with the paint supply, Jesse informed us they would be keeping my car longer than expected. When the deadline kept getting extended he then did something that was a tremendous and grateful thought and repainted our front bumper! Then at pick up Jesse showed us that there was a little gift that our phone service had in the app! Jesse went above and beyond to help us and provided the best customer service! After getting my oil changed, Eric took the time to show me how to remove my windshield wiper cowling to remove what looks like a mouse nest! Turns out they must have been there before we bought the car 4-years ago, which explains why my drivers information center buttons weren't working!”
