“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Shayla. From the moment I met her, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. She’s not only amazing at what she does, but she also has such a kind and positive energy that makes the whole experience so much better.

“As always when I entered the door of this Bank no matter how busy it may be I am greeted with a good morning or welcome to United community Bank, etc . The manager takes time to sit down and talk with you and help you solve your problem. She do not do it rushing and she show you how you can do it step by step in the future if it's a problem on my side and I was asking for help to solve it. She also informed me of some of the programs that the bank has that could help me that I didn't know about. The Tellers always have a smile on their face and have a short conversation with you about the weather or how is your day etc. Before leaving they always ask you is there anything else I can help with you today.”

I came in to the branch in Five Forks I am gonna say I got scammed I bought something over the phone and it was suppose to be 59.99 but they were billing me 59.99 and 239.99 I had only agreed on 59.00 . So I asked Teyond to cancel my card which he did he got on the phone and talking to someone and got everything cancel card and merchandise. So I am getting a new card . He is very professional alway's has a smile and he explained everything to me Belive me I had questions. He is a keeper for 5th 3rd Bank. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is great.
