“Jasmine went above and beyond helping me address issues with my debit and credit cards. Her time, patience, knowledge and kindness went way beyond measure. I am so grateful to her and her staff. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They are the best!”
“Unfortunately my positive comment written in the survey didn't transfer to this post. Merceadi, a team member at Truliant, is exceptional and should be recognized for the service she provides on behalf of the credit union. She is the reason I established and maintain an account at Truliant after relocating to the area.”

“Exceptional and quick service provided today by the workers at Truist Bank! Went in to get a cashier's check and I was taken care of promptly - the associates were kind, made small talk, and had a great attitude. It's so nice to receive warm, customer service! If I ever need to visit a physical Truist location again, this is the one I will come to every time!”
“Staff is always super helpful, friendly and always go the extra mile to help. Bilingual staff is a plus!
Several Hispanic people, friendly and always willing to help.”

“The people at the West Butler Rd branch are so kind and they have helped me so much, with my app, with understanding different accounts, with protecting my elderly mom with safe guarding her accounts, everything. I never feel like they are inconvenienced to take time. Wonderful energy walking in. Very grateful to have multiple accounts there.”
