We had them make a farm gate for us and it was very well constructed and a better price by far then other places. We come here for all our hay & feed needs also. Grateful this gem is close by!”

“Judy gave me a tour when I first walked in! Decent selection in back, lot of 4/4 and 8/4 hardwoods. Small selection of smaller pieces in front you can sort through to find what you need. Good prices vs box stores of Rockler. Got a 4/4 8ft Maple board planed and one edge cut. $60 I walked out with a decent amount of hardwood. Its a very old school setup, most saws are older than me, meaning the good ones.”

I could not located something and an employee must have seen my serious face and knew i needed help. Not only did he find me what i was looking for he also found me another option. The staff is always friendly. i also get to work with Josh through my job and he is always checking in and making sure we have everything we need. Really cant say more about how great this Ace is. “Up until yesterday, I had a negative opinion of this particular location. It was Caelin M. in the Paint department that changed everything for the better. I work for the state and frequent here and another home improvement store for supplies. Three other associates at this Lowe's acted either rude or as if they were bothered by my asking for assistance, particularly a dark haired female at the customer service desk. However, when I stopped in yesterday and needed paint and primer, Caelin was extremely helpful, friendly and knew exactly what I needed. She is keeping her brand of customer service ? and actually made my day by all that she did for me. Management, take note: this is who you need to recognize for personal work achievement. “I went there to buy my mom a new element for her oven, but they do not sell parts, but the lady gave me the name and number of someone who did. Which was a great help. UPDATE: it's 1/17/24 today, I went there last week to get some wood ,to build a shelf in my kitchen, after I decided which wood I wanted , I asked a guy ,who was cleaning the floor, who do i talk to about getting my wood cut, he informed me that the machine was broken. So 2 days later I called and the person told me it was still broken. This is the closest location to me, I live between woodruff and Greenville, so ended up having to get the wood from the greer location. When I'm off, I have to get as much done as possible, and not being able to get my wood, was a big inconvenience.”

“Well first of all. I've been here so often. That I think sometimes the staff believes I work there. All I need is an orange apron. This place is great. It lacks some stuff. But I'm not in Los Angeles. Where they have some open 24 hours. But it's open til 11 pm. And that's good enough. For the most part you can find almost anything you need. Lumber of course. Plumbing of course. Electrical well Yess. Doors , windows, Paint definitely. If you are looking for most types of hardware. Still yes. They even carry hardware fore mechanical equipment. You just need to know how to ask. And easier if you bring the part. The flowers and gardening area is inside and out. Just depends what time of year it is. Having my construction back ground. I have had the opportunity to ask for something they didn't carry. But it's very rare. It's like going out and stumping the Piano man. Hard to do. This place has a great staff. Always being helpful and very courteous. Doing returns and exchanges here is simple. Especially if you have your receipt. But if you don't they work with you still. They have an app and you can join their business club. Professional club. It adds your credit card to it and every time you swipe your credit card it keeps a log of your purchase. Great for when you lose or forget your receipt. Like I said this place had it all. You can even get a quickie here. You will just have to see the picture.”
