“The customer service of this place is unlike anywhere else I’ve been to lately. When we entered there were multiple individuals who offered their help and acknowledged us. Then my husband’s ring fell out of his pocket in an aisle and at least three people were helping us search for it. They looked under the shelves, through the boxes, etc on their own accord. They even offered to take apart the shelves later to continue to search for it. Thankfully they were able to find it before we left the parking lot. The staff here are so kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend coming here! They show true care for their customers (even for non tool-related concerns).”
