“I came to this location to get storage but the size I wanted was not available. Niki was able to rent me a unit at the location around the corner for the size I needed and gave instructions on how to enter the gate and get to my storage unit, which helped me out a lot since I was running late for an appointment. She provided excellent and efficient customer service!”

“I just love Jo Ann and her crew she even has hot fresh boiled peanuts. I love looking at all the different sauces , jelly's , jams , and different fruits and vegetables you don't see every day at your chain grocery stores .other day I picked up a very good caramel pecan apple butter . When has the purple sweet potato I will pick up 2 for my Mom and Stepdad . We love you JoAnn .”

“The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review, I see posts dating years back and the main entrance to this location still has not changed their door from Allstate to Penske. Therefore, if you don't know you're supposed to walk in the back of an Allstate building, that has Allstate on the door of it as well, then you find yourself having to ask where to find a location of a multi-billion dollar corporation. As of three days ago, this has not changed. Overall, this is my only complaint.”

“We rented a 26' Uhaul from the Fountain Inn SC location. While it didn't seem like an office per se (it's part of an upholstery shop), the gentleman was very nice and patient with 3 or 4 schedule changes we had to endure. There was a slot to return keys after hours, the truck was new and we had absolutely no problems with it. Highly recommended.”
