“My son's car (2016 Prius) was backed into and had a sizeable dent in the front bumper and some damage behind the bumper. Randy and Birchmore Paint and Body Shop were awesome!
He was professional, explained the work needed, and sent me an estimate quickly. He was also willing to listen to my situation and helped me work within my budget. The end result was high quality with a quick turnaround. Everything was taken care of including additional work needed to re-attach some plastic shields underneath the car. The paint match was perfect!

“HUGE shout out to Amanda!!!! I went into the store a little after 8'oclock last night, to see if someone could possibly test my battery. I was greeted by Amanda and without hesitation, she said that she could test it for me! We went out to the car and she tested it and found that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. We went back into the store and I purchased a new battery and Amanda went to work!! She had the existing dead battery out and the new one in so quickly!! I was so impressed with her and cannot thank her enough for being so nice and good at what she does!! Thank you Amanda!! :)”
“After O’Reilly Auto Parts next door told me they couldn’t install my battery because of “liability,” but were happy to sell me one and send me somewhere else to have it installed, I walked into AutoZone hoping for a better answer.
Tommy laughed when I explained what happened, told me they could absolutely take care of it, and had a new battery installed in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly easy.

“I have a 2008 Chevrolet HHR. The back housing for right turn signal melted over time from heat. I needed a new one they don't make them anymore. “Needed a small part for my battery. Batt is internal and when I replaced it I broke the L plastic that attaches to the battery exhaust hose. I went to two other part stores. One had some misc that we tried but nothing worked.
Passing by Parks in Lexington and thought I would try. they where verry helpful. They did not have any in stock either but did check the core returns for possible old left over. But still none. They suggested I try other parts store and check the core returns. I thanked them and headed to my car. Before I could leave the lady came out and said they found it. It was a kit and they would have it next day. Which they did.
I say they because it was 3 people that tag teamed the issue and helped. I apologize i don't remember their name anymore.
The total sale was only $7.06. Big profit. They are on the other side of the lake from me but will be my main go to for now on.”

“Jeremain Williams from Jim Hudson Ford is Amazing. He got me the car I've only talked about but never pursued. Being a long time customer of mine I told him what I was looking for. He sent me a pic of the car when he got it and told me he would get me in it. He did just that and more. He made me comfortable and went thru the whole process making the experience painless. The rest of the staff I interacted with was also great. I said the last major car purchase since I am now retired would be a car I want. Thanks to Mr. Williams I got exactly that. i haven't had the problemsat Temples, that others have reported here. He is an old school fellah.
We used to get parts for the racecars here and these days we still scrap things here when needed to clear out property..
