“This is a great gym that is owned and operated by a great person that shares in and is carrying on the vision of my friend, brother in Christ, and weight lifting partner. This location is law enforcement friendly, to include its gym members. They support law enforcement and its officers, deputies and agents. This is a place where you can come and take off the badge and gun, let your wall down and be just like everyone else for a couple hours at a time. This is the one time in your law enforcement career where you come to a place and you are not the protector, because everyone here watches your back so that you can decompress and recenter your focus on your life!!!! “We have loved Intense! Our daughter has done several clinics this summer and even though she is a beginner, they have been spectacular in helping her understand the game and techniques. She learns something new every time she goes and the coaches will stop and take one on one time with a player they see that needs some tips or help. Definitely recommend!”
