The customer service is top tier and not only did Carlos explain how the installation would go but he also kept in close communication when the plan had to be deviated from the original plans. The Kustom Shop is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles to because I know as soon as I pull in the parking lot I will get premium service and the results I am looking for. The Kustom Shop is second to none in the Low country and the surrounding areas.”

“Arrived at O’Reillys on Redbank Road in Goose Creek in the middle of the night shortly before closing due to a failed headlight. Didn’t want to take the chance of being pulled over by the police and was assisted when I arrived by an associate named Connor who heloed me with choosing the correct headlight for my Tahoe. He provided the most excellent customer service and provided me with answers to concerns I had in regards to my headlights and vehicle .He was very polite & I’m very thankful that he was able to assist me and save me from a ticket !!! He definitely went above & beyond his call of duty that night and I’m forever grateful Thanks Connor.!!!You’re the best.!!!!!!!”

They listen and give me suggestions that have always been helpful. They run a battery check and give the car a once over check. This is most helpful to keep my car running the best. It's an older car and needs extra help. You'll get the attention you want and the service is great!”

“Good morning. Ray, at the counter was very nice and helpful. WalMart has some guidelines on tire repair that must be followed and he was upfront about the tire not being able to be plugged due to those guidelines. Had options available when he called us up. Was pretty quick service also... we were there very early. They had reasonable prices on a replacement tire also.”
