“I had a Tri-fold truck bed cover that was several years old. The seams in the back started ripping out and I figured it was just normal wear and tear but I went by Leonard’s just to check. I really didn’t expect anything but Eric took pictures and told me he would check and get back with me if anything could be done. I was surprised when he called back but more surprised when he told me a new one was on the way and he would call me when it came in. He called about a week later and set an appointment to install it. I have been to Leonard’s on Rivers Ave. and to the Summerville location. It is obvious customer service is a company culture. I could not be more impressed with their service.”

“I had a GREAT experience. Jesse took my 1999 C280 Mercedes and repaired the roof lining, had the paint touched up and small details. The car looks, só great I was offered to sell it from a random person in a parking lot. He is a bit rough but he is an excellent craftsman. Fewer and fewer of these old timers are still around so as much as some complain, once he and others are gone, you will have veey little options. I'm now taking my 2013 Lincoln MKS to him while they still offer their services. I'm glad they are still there to answer the phone.”

“My car was in a really bad accident and was deemed a total loss. I previously bought 3 other cars from ford, so I called them right up. Grant (sales) and Theresa (manager) without hesitation we're more than helpful and very very understanding to my situation. When I got there Grant was a little busy so he had Amber help me who was wonderful as well we sat and talked about a lot of different options and ways to make things affordable. Needless to say they had me in a car the day after the accident which was amazing and I can't thank them enough they are a pretty amazing team of people and that's why I choose to always go back to Ford! “I want to give a huge shoutout to Greg at AutoZone. Their systems were down and my commercial account would not pull up while I was trying to get parts for a job right down the road. At first, another employee was basically ready to turn me away and told me I would have to drive to another store, which would have added about an hour round trip just to get the parts I needed.
Greg stepped in and went far above and beyond to help find a solution instead of just sending me somewhere else. He took the time to call my home store and worked everything out so I could still get the parts I needed, pay for the parts there, and still receive my commercial pricing.
That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Greg truly cared about helping a customer and making sure I could take care of my client without delays. AutoZone is lucky to have employees like him.”

“Parks auto parts store down on Rivers is the only one with the knowledgeable speed shop in it at all. He’s the only guy that could help me with my 455 olds that I have in my jet boat now everybody sells parts for 455 old, but nobody knows how to look up a part unless they can put in a car in the system to tell them what to do. This guy don’t need that and he can make some match whatever to make something work awesome guy.”

An hour before they closed, we pulled into the parking lot because one of our wiper blades wasn't moving and we had just had the windshield replaced, which made us think the company didn't reattach it correctly. Lucas walked outside, in minutes fixed the problem and replaced our old blades with the newly purchased ones. We were back on the road in no time and could safely drive through the rain.
