“Kind people who are helpful! Wish they had a greater selection of misses!! I had a exchange and they were so helpful, and they exchange was hassle free! I went to the one inside Citadel Mall first. They don't have the same merchandise. Check them out! The only other downfall is that they don't open on-time ??♀️ give them at least 10 minutes after posted opening hours to unlock the door(11:10 am), lol ?”

“I love shopping at simply sourthern stores. The prices on their products vairy. Some items you can get at an amazing price and some items are over priced. This particular store was VERY small and VERY cluttered. The girls working here were very kind, attentive and helpful. All in all it's worth the stop to check it out!”

“I was given gift cards to Chicos by friends after a medical condition caused me to lose a lot of weight. I had no idea what size I was or what would look good on me. The clerks here went above and beyond to help me find my size and colors that would carry me into fall. They spent lots of time with me and made what could have been a difficult situation so much better! I will be back whenever I buy clothes!!!”
“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. “My only wish is I wish the store was bigger. Always friendly staff eager to help you. Quality of clothes is fantastic I've had tops that I've bought years ago and they still look great. I usually buy the silkier type tunics with 3/4 quarter inch sleeves because I'm older and those tops are great for traveling”
