“Kind people who are helpful! Wish they had a greater selection of misses!! I had a exchange and they were so helpful, and they exchange was hassle free! I went to the one inside Citadel Mall first. They don't have the same merchandise. Check them out! The only other downfall is that they don't open on-time ??♀️ give them at least 10 minutes after posted opening hours to unlock the door(11:10 am), lol ?”

“I love shopping at simply sourthern stores. The prices on their products vairy. Some items you can get at an amazing price and some items are over priced. This particular store was VERY small and VERY cluttered. The girls working here were very kind, attentive and helpful. All in all it's worth the stop to check it out!”

“Great store with cool clothes and accessories! But my favorite part is how helpful the staff is. It was incredibly busy when I was there right before the holidays and the staff was still smiling, friendly and extremely helpful! Especially Melinda (i believe her name was) if not it was close and started with an M. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items. It made shopping more enjoyable. The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. “I went to the Ann Taylor Store at Tanger Mall in Charleston South Carolina and I had a ball. I ejoyed the clearance sales area and racked up plus if you donated to Breast Cancer, Ann Taylor gave an additional 20% off the already mark down items. I was able to buy myself and my grand children coats, pants, jackets and blouses. The sales associates were super nice. They offered to help carry some of my bags to my car because I would have had to make two trips. I have always been able to buy a lot for my money at Ann Taylor especially the outlet stores.”

“My only wish is I wish the store was bigger. Always friendly staff eager to help you. Quality of clothes is fantastic I've had tops that I've bought years ago and they still look great. I usually buy the silkier type tunics with 3/4 quarter inch sleeves because I'm older and those tops are great for traveling”
