“This is a don't miss store! It's so hard to find quality clothing in Charleston and I'm not sure why. Usually everything is way too overpriced for the quality you're getting but that is not the case at Beau & Ro. They have a wide variety of clothing in the cuts and styles and I just feel so amazing every time I wear something from there. You are always guaranteed a compliment when wearing one of their pieces. While the clothing is higher priced, you are paying for the quality and the uniqueness of the pieces. I honestly don't shop anywhere else in town.”

“I did a haircut with Zsolt and balayage with Nicole and both were fantastic! They are so good at what they do and this is the first time I’ve genuinely had so much fun at a hair appt. Everyone was super easy to talk to and always checking in with me. Zsolt is a character and gave me guidance through figuring out the cut we’d go for. Nicole is so fun and indulged me in all the questions and chit chat I put her through, and really cared about making sure we got the color just right. An all around awesome first experience here, I’m so glad I got to meet these people!”

Kitty was helping me on the floor, I walked out of there feeling on top of the world! The customer service in this store was nothing short of fantastic!!On another very important note, I expected to walk in see clothes I loved saw the price tag and not even try it on for that fact. Very reasonable especially for the location and living in 2023. Not only did I try on multiple things, but I bought three items I am very pleased with! I walked into soma totally lost not being from Charleston area and needed new bras after losing a bunch of Weight, and was no longer a 46ddd, but was not sure of my size. Anessa was fantastic and saved the day, she resized me to a 40DD, patiently explained the different bras to me and showed me a bunch of them and helped me pick a variety... Honestly Anessa is so good at what she does.. And got "the girls" back to looking pretty again and in Bras that make them looking fantastic! I couldn't thank soma and the staff enough for the help, education, but all around fantastic customer service. I would encourage anyone to go here....they will take good care of you”

“Kay was an absolute delight! She was attentive, collected the clothes as I picked them out and gave feedback as I asked about fit. Once I went into the dressing room, she had organized the clothes: skirts together, dresses together, and took it amongst herself to add a top to try on with the skirts, added a belt, and then checked on me regularly. Her opinion was honest and her enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air compared to most of retail experiences I have these days. I walked away with four high quality outfits that I look forward to wearing.”
