“I was on the way home from a basketball game when a deer ran into the back right passenger door, causing multiple dents, scratches, a small hole under the door handle which jammed the door, and a dent over the back right fender. I had used Sherer Body Shop several years ago and was highly pleased. Right away I contacted my insurance agent and stood firm about bringing my new car to Sherer's. “Communication through the repair process was great! Jesse helped us through the process of getting our vehicle repaired and back in a timely manner! When we noticed some things that occurred during the repair process he insisted we bring it back for them to take a look! He then insisted they fix it and repaint and do it right! Jesse was absolutely amazing! When they had some issues with the paint supply, Jesse informed us they would be keeping my car longer than expected. When the deadline kept getting extended he then did something that was a tremendous and grateful thought and repainted our front bumper! Then at pick up Jesse showed us that there was a little gift that our phone service had in the app! Jesse went above and beyond to help us and provided the best customer service! Excellent job Jesse!”

But I went in there with a picture of the part that I needed - expecting it to be something that they'd have to order, or that I'd need more info on. I showed the picture to one of the employees, and he found it in about 2 minutes. Not bad pricing, employees were friendly and helpful, clean store. 5/5”

“Hi, I just wanna share my experience with Owen’s body shop. It was the best experience considering as far as body shops go I had a collision with my 2022 Chevy trailblazer I was terribly upset because it was my fault anyway, Rip the owner of the body shop was so concerned so helpful. He took me step-by-step what he was going to do and how long it would take to fix it. It’s one week today and my car is back in my driveway Owen’s Body Shop I highly highly recommend very good service no BS about them. That’s for sure.”
“I was in a bind and needed to get a part. The app said it was in stock, but when I got there, the part was unable to be found. The store manager, Brittany, was willing to deliver the part herself to me, as they were able to order the part and have it there later that afternoon, but I wasn’t able to be back that late. Was very thankful she was willing to make that extra trip to drop the part off.”

“I suffered an accident 5 minutes away from this place with a fallen branch destroying my windshield. This place was the closest where I took the car. Chuck really tried to get me the best price even with trying to hunt down used spares without asking if I have the budget for OEM which we end up putting in. He took a great care in replacing my windshield and cleaning up all the glass debris. I received a great service with a great price in a timely manner. I am very satisfied.”

“I live locally where Matt operates and had the pleasure of meeting him and having him pinstripe my vehicle. He is professional in everyway. He explained his product. Gave me options of where he would place it on the vehicle. He even advised the reasons of why some colors would look better than others with my particular vehicle. If Matt's mailing service (and am sure that it is) is half as good as the in-person service that he provided for me, you will be quite happy with your purchase. Matt is "great people."”

“I retracted my review I posted on 11/6/24 as to battery failure not covered by dated warranty . After getting in contact with Donna who immediately had district manager Edward contact me and covering all the facts/details concerning the situation he did honor the warranty and replacement of said battery. I appreciate his dedication to the customers of Auto Zone and taking time to investigate my issue.
Due to his involvement of resolving this questionable warranty claim I can say I will continue to support/do business with Auto Zone.

“The super center Walmart in woodruff road are better service than the one on Simpsonville location as I walked in to one in Woodruff’s road and they helped me right away while I booked the oil change with the location in Simpsonville and it was not easy to get my vehicle oil changed”

“Hot rods, 101 is a custom body shop in the middle of nowhere, but well worth going to. They do fall ground up restorations, but all I needed was my baby card to be repainted, and came here upon a recommendation. The shop is large, quiet, spotlessly, clean, and the owner was friendly and very knowledgeable.”
