“Nothing but nice things to say about this shop. Called late on a monday, scheduled for wednesday at 8am, diagnosed by 8:30, drove home by 2:30pm. I brought my car in because I had heard rattling while driving for a few weeks, then the exhaust got really loud. The repairs were more than I had anticipated (needing a new muffler) and the price was still less than half what I expected to pay on the low end (compared to what google said).”

Worst place ever, these people will make you get your ass in trouble calling my work telling them what is going on, when I owed $32 dollars crazy everyone i put down if you are 2 days late they call everybody on the contact list is getting a call..... ask me after my experience better to work if you can't afford to buy anywhere else. Just think why are they so cheap , hell by the time you pay you like $5000 grand in them”

“Hi, I have a 1979 AMC Jeep CJ7. I’ve owned her for 44 years. For the last three years I was overseas and placed her in storage. Upon returning some of the gaskets ,oil pan, main bearing seals, had gone bad. I called a half dozen places in the Greenville and surrounding area, no one would do the job due to age. I usually do my own work but due to health issues I can no longer work on her. A respected friend told me to go to Chans transmissions. So glad I followed his advice. They needed the vehicle a few days and they gladly agreed to keep her stored inside during the overnight stays. Cassey was great to work with, they are extremely professional keeping me informed of progress. I had found one other place in Pickens that works only on jeeps, their work failed after two days when I ultimately found Chans. I cannot communicate how happy I am with Chans work, not one drop of oil on the ground three days later!! I’ve had 4 wives and one faithful jeep. She was with me during many military transfers during a 38 year career. A sincere thank you to the owners and staff at Chans, I am sooo happy my girl is no longer bleeding. ? I will only use Chans for any future work needed. High quality work, honest, reliable, stand by their work, professional!”

“Super happy I did business with these folks. I needed the ABS module on my 1996 Suburban K1500 repaired. I thought I saw my same module on their site but after they received it they did inform me it was different than the usual ones they do for my type of truck. They said “no problem though we feel confident that we can successfully repair it”. Hot damn they did it. Functions as designed now. Huge shoutout for helping keep my 28 year old truck on the road safely. Honestly I felt like the service was worth more than the $140 the asked for. It’s amazing to find a good deal these days. Easy to work with and solid communication. Highly recommend them to any one in need.”
