My youngest loves Build a Bear and this is a great location. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly. If you don't like crowds/waiting, go on a weekday.

It will take a minute but your kids will love it. The lady filling the plushies was so amazing with the kids which is very hard to find these days. Remember you're paying for an experience with your kids not just a stuffed animal.

For my son's birthday, the young lady helped him and gave him a great experience. The lady art the register confused me and charged me for 2- 10$ gift cards for 5$ a piece, I'm still confused about that. BUT MY SON LOVED HIS EXPERIENCE!
