Due to the complexity of my insurance situation, my car rental turned into a 48-day saga, complete with more twists and turns than an M. Night Shyamalan film. Through every unexpected hurdle, Anton was a steady and reliable presence. He remained engaged, responsive, and proactive the entire time, which made all the difference.
What impressed me most was how Anton combined professionalism with genuine care. He didn’t just go through the motions, he listened, followed up, and made sure I felt supported through the entire ordeal. His consistent attention and empathy helped turn what could have been an incredibly frustrating experience into something manageable, and even positive.

Shawn, who helped with the insurance paperwork and quality control, is by far the best experience I've ever had with a manager. He even called my insurance company and arranged for me to receive more from the adjuster, who had already closed the claim. Shawn did all this after hurricane Helene, when everything was crazy. “Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”
