We were in and out in about 10 minutes and on the road with a rental! The guy that helped us was very soft spoken but he was super nice and explained everything clear! Great experience!

We reserved car through AAA with pick up at Hertz' location near our home. Pick up and return of the vehicle was easy! We did get insurance coverage through Hertz. Vehicle was comfortable and reliable throughout the 5,000+ mile trip! Highly recommend Hertz and the Pleasantburg Drive location.
