“This is an impressive ministry that takes donations of food and distributes the food to less fortunate people who need a meal or something to cook if they can't afford to spend money on food. They also provide friendly counseling to the people who want and need help with their problems. I stopped by to donate some furniture, but they have another location a few miles down the road for those types of donations. They invite walk-in people who need help in the mornings.”
“First positive experience I’ve had at the Taylor’s location in over 6 months. For once a sweet lady was working checkout (1:55 pm time frame) she was pleasant and it was a joy to check out. Much better than the old guy who is usually there”
“Way more upgraded than what it used to be. Food was actually edible but the women filming us was very uncomfortable. And without our permission. I was just visiting but I hate when people post publicly about helping the homeless”
“We came to Greenville as BMW expats from
Germany. I quickly joined the Guild and had the privilege to learn about woodworking from the other members who so generously shared their wisdom and friendship with me. Their new CNC machines are amazing! I wish we had something like this in Munich/Germany.”
“First Impressions is a food pantry that helps families with food boxes that include fruits, vegetables, dry groceries and they are one of the few food banks that offer meats. This has helped my family immensely! Keep in mind they are appointments only for greenville country residents only and you can receive a food box every 30 days”
“Good training. Liked being able to do the self study on line. It shortened the in person class time to about 90 minutes for the hands on training for CPR, AED, and 1st aid. The new practice dummies give great feedback of the quality of chest compressions.”
“Started getting meals during pandemic when we picked them up. They deliver now with a smile and kind greetings. Nutritious and tasty meals with milk are healthy for our elders.”
“We appreciated their frank discussion and clear answers to complex issues involving practical and potentially hard matters. They presented both sides and allowed us to choose the way forward. Then they facilitated it.”
“Incredible organization that has helped more than one of my friends now preserve their legacy as they were dying of terminal cancer. Such a unique and special organization . I hope to gift them money in my will if so pass from this cancer .”
“Very nice museum. It welcomes military donations of any kind from any war. A great reminder for all to see what brave men and women did to secure our freedom. Thank you”
“if you are walking through a difficult season in life and you need biblically sound counseling, I highly recommend Life In Abundance. The counselors at Life in Abundance are not only qualified, but caring and trustworthy individuals who truly want to help you find healing for the mind, body, and spirit. They provide many helpful resources depending on your personal needs and are very affordable. I would and often do recommend Life In Abundance to anyone I know seeking pastoral counseling that they can trust.”
“I really appreciate trying emergency center I am not a member of the church but I attend NA meetings there. The facility is very clean and it is awesome that they allow us to host our meeting there.”
“The Greenville Chapter of the Alzneimer’s Association is a wonderful resource for those who are dealing with dementia whether it is the caregiver or the person living with dementia. My mother is living with dementia and being a caregiver can be a very lonely hard journey but the Alzneimer’s Association provided opportunities to connect with those on the same journey. We can share resources and stories with each other. The program director, Jamie, sets up educational and connection activities each month that are fun and perfect for all of us. I am so very thankful for Jamie and the others who participate in the activities.”
“I lived technically in Anderson but these people ever one there form workers to volunteer and even one that doing community service there never turned me away also they don't embarrass you or treat you like social outcast I nothing but love and respect for everyone there I went there for some time and may be a point in my live where I go back but I never forget about this place cause there times I eating out of dumpsters and getting ran out and the business owners would lock there dumpsters so I'm glad this place feed me and help me”

“Cheap and high quality clothing for every taste. You can find many articles for your like. The prices are really good, some items are worth over 20 or 30 dollars and you can buy them under 5 dollars. The only downside is that there is a limited selection of items, but hey, it is what it is.”
“They changed my life forever. Great program. Download the app @ miracle hill help kit for all the plethora of miraculous services provided. God truly does perform miracles here daily!!!! A picture truly is worth a thousand words!!!”
“We came here for the public indoor pool. The price was only $10 per adult. Perfect for a rainy and cold winter day. FYI, you only make a reservation online for a specific time slot but you pay when you arrive. It showed 32/50 people had already reserved for our time slot and honestly it wasn’t busy at all. I think it included the people in the lap pool.
The pool area has a great play area for little ones, with slides and fountains. The whirlpool isn’t open for kids. The water temperature could have been a little warmer, but it was alright when you kept moving. The changing rooms were alright, clean, but not new or fancy. We will definitely come back.”
“Awesome bins! I went on a Monday and it wasn't crowded and I still found a lot of good stuff. I stopped at the dollar tree to pick up some cleaning gloves beforehand and I'm so glad I did- the gloves were quite dirty after the endeavor.”
“This Goodwill is one of the best in Greenville! The store is always well-organized, clean, and easy to shop. The atmosphere is welcoming, and every worker greets you with kindness, which really makes a difference. Parking is simple and stress-free, and I love that it feels more well-kept than many other locations. On top of that, Tuesdays bring 25% off, which is such a great bonus. Honestly, this is my favorite Goodwill in the area—even compared to other branches like Miracle Hill. Definitely recommend checking it out!”
“Attended an event here. Our communities and country for that matter, would be a better place with more organizations like this, sacrificing and providing for those in need. It's inspiring. We should all find ways to give and do more for those in need.”
