“I always have a great QT experience, but today was extra.I had one sleeping baby and a 3.5 year old who had to stop for a potty break. I parked right in front of the women’s restroom and stood inside the glass door, so I could see both the car and the restroom. An employee named Kaylee F (I hope I got that correct!) was walking out of the restroom after tidying it. She held the restroom door open, so my toddler wouldn’t be afraid. Then when he couldn’t reach the soap, she offered to stand in my place and watch the car for a second, so I could help him.3 minutes of simple kindness really made this mama’s day! Thank you, Kaylee!
