“Owner is a really nice guy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Gas prices are similar to Costco and much closer to my home. Exxon is also a top tier gasoline. Check them out and grab an ice cream at Bruster's nextdoor!”

There's items here I've never seen in other convenience stores. Highly recommend.”

“So, if you don't know...the best way to do Sam's Cub is through their plus membership. With this plus, you just open the app, go to fuel, scan the qr code on the pump, and follow the instructions. It is at the very least twice as fast. No swipping, no waiting, no holding up everyone else (maybe I shouldn't say it that way); I'm just trying to get my point across. And when you are done, the receipt is sent to you. You just feel like a VIP...especially when you see others doing the whole song and dance to get started, and you got started after them, and start pumping before them, leading to finishing so far ahead of them that you don't even see them finish...lol...Sams should pay me for this review, cause plus membership bout to go up. And I didn't even talk about in store perks...I never had any problems with gas there, and I couldn't take a pic of it to show the quality, and my car doesn't talk about it.Keep it up Sammy!”

“Ok so place all in all is very nice,clean, well organized. BUT watch your gas purchase.
They advertise one price then charge you a different price. When I asked I was told there is one price for credit cards and a different price for cash and debit, yes I understand that but I was charged the higher amount and I DID NOT USE A CC. So just watch that pump, it just might charge you the higher price too! I hope that they fix this issue, because in the long run they are false advertising”

“Came into the store when no one else was there, grabbed my snacks, headed to the front counter. There were a couple of associates back in the kitchen but I don’t think they saw me. A woman named Jordan/Cam was mopping the floors on the other side of the store, she saw me, dropped what she was doing, and came to check me out with a smile on her face. Most folks wouldn’t see this as extraordinary customer service, this is the expectation. But I saw it as extraordinary, she could have easily kept her head down and focused on her task. A conscious decision was made to serve the customer no matter what, those actions are why your customers return time and time again”
“Just swipe your advantage card then your payment card and if you have enough points from shopping at Ingles market you get a discount. My last trip I saved 25 cents per gallon. This trip it was 15 cents a gallon. $ 2.63 a gallon is better than $ 3 bucks per.”

“Today has possible been quite the adventure, today my fiancé accidently threw my engagement ring in one of the outdoor trash bags when finding out he threw the ring away we went back in hopes that the trash had not been dumped. Worst case scenario, it was taken out 30 minutes prior to our arrival. We went inside in hopes that someone could let us go through the bags and one of the clerks (Tony B) took it in his hands and went outside in hopes to find it. He went through the whole bag of trash that consisted of pure filth as if his life depended on finding my ring. Sure enough he found my ring. There is nothing that I could do to thank him enough for taking the time out of his work day to help find my ring. Tony deserves so much more than just 5 stars as this is a moment that I feel none of us will forget!”

“These people are Rude they are always on the phone talking forgein & never interacting with customers & act as if they don’t appreciate your business couldn’t say thank you for nothing…… Terrible customer service other than trying make money but we all try to make $$$$ is why we work..I spoke with management & he addressed my concerns..I trade with them on average of 5-7x a week but have only had the one bad experience I continue to give them business as I myself have had bad days & haven’t been given opportunity to correct my mistakes!!!!! Great job today February 2-22-25 I’ll be seeing yall plenty in future”

“The 2 ladies working on the inside were so nice I paid for gas at the pump and needed a receipt I really hated to go inside they were really busy, but I ask if I could get a receipt for the gas I had pumped outside and I really was expecting a NO right away but 1 of the woman continued to Ring people up and the other nice lady got me a receipt really fast and these days if you go into a gas station you don’t find good customer service or at least I don’t but these two ladies were above and beyond”
“Found my salted caramel crown here. I really like!!! I had to buy the big bottle, no smaller sizes, is what the clerk told me. I'm glad I did cause I like the taste. I was skeptical at first cause . I wanted a smaller size in case I didn't like it,”
“I'm surprised that an Exxon station has some of the best gas prices around. Consistently better than QT or some of the others on Pelham road or up 25. It's a hard place for me to get to but I stop whenever I can. It's worth it to save money”

“Hood store ! They accept food stamps, do cash back for a small fee. Check cashing for a fee depending on the amount of the check. They sell everything you need from envelopes and single stamps, to single Claritin pills, and even hot food. Lol, you gotta love the hood !!! Oh yeah, don't leave your car running while you go inside ?”

“This little gas station is the one that used to be Little cricket then it was Mike and Jack or Jack and Mike but they build a big building behind it but the little one on the corner is the best little convenience store you can go to if anybody asked you for money or anything on your way in tell the man behind the counter because nine times out of 10 that's the owner that's standing there and he will take care of the problem in the parking lot. I go there quite often gas is usually cheaper than anywhere else and like I said the owner is a super nice guy”
