“My cashier Sirr was very kind during my purchase, seemed enthusiastic to get my shoes from the back, made sure I knew my shoes were never tried on and never opened (which i’ve never had someone do), was sweet and friendly during checkout making sure i had my rewards account, got correct change and even provided friendly and personable conversation doing so. There was another taller associate(unsure of his name) who greeted me when i walked in, brought a great vibe to the store even while he was placing shoes on the shelf, was very friendly when i needed help and was offering help to others charismatically whilst they were shopping as well. Those two associates made it a pleasant experience to shop there even during busy tax free weekend, and I was out of there quickly with exactly what i needed and what felt like a breath of fresh air with their attentiveness and very apparent hospitality.”

Wish I could say the same for the store on Ezell Blvd in Spartanburg. Because of the customer service I get from the Greenville (Haywood rd) store, I'll drive an hour to shop here.
I wish I could swap them out for the Spartanburg store. It'd save me a lot of gas and headache.

Chris was helpful and efficient while signing me up for the rewards/new membership. However, I had to go to back for a small refund after shoes didn’t ring up at the correct sales price. (Incorrect price could’ve been because I just registered as a new member.) Buddy checked my receipt to the sneaker, corrected the price and had my $10 back same day.
